Writing our life story in order to understand it.

This book is a tool designed for people who want to reflect on their lives, identify what has affected and influenced them, understand their destiny and eventually pass on, as an autobiography, their discoveries to those close to them. Through writing, readers are helped to create links between their experience and the attitudes of their parents and their own personal journey; between their childhood and teenage experiences and the decisions they've made. They also reflect on successes and failures, personal and professional accomplishments, social and family events that have occurred in their adult lives and the various states of mind they have experienced. Readers' autobiographical projects are enriched through a self-analysis approach enabling them to know themselves better, to more appropriately affirm their individuality, to take a fresh look at their lives, and perhaps at the the time that remains to them.

Simply and with a great deal of humanity, this book invites us to take up our pen to dig into the nooks and crannies of our memories, to interpret the past in “full awareness” and to calmly lay out a promising future, a more authentic life.
